It's the first weekend of the month, and that means it's a Club Member Tasting! This month we're featuring the wines of Terah Bajjalieh among our other wine club selections, and as an added treat, Nancy Philippine will be sampling her gorgeous handmade chocolates.
Terah Bajjalieh is a Bay Area native who has worked all over the world, from France to Argentina to New Zealand, and has come home to start her own wine label Terah Wine Co. Terah prioritizes organic farming and traditional winemaking techniques to produce excellent small-production and low-intervention wines. This month we're featuring her Carmel Valley Pinot Noir and skin-contact Falanghina in our wine club. She'll be in our Montclair store for the Friday tasting and Alameda on Saturday. Nancy "Nanou" Philippine is a chocolatier in Oakland who runs It Can Be Vegan out of her home chocolate lab. All of Nanou's chocolates are vegan, hand-crafted and made from natural ingredients.
