Devon Creme Fraiche

The subtle tang of Creme Fraiche serves as a stand-in for yogurt or sour cream. By contrast, Creme Fraiche has a firmer body than yogurt but is still very spreadable.

Uses for Creme Fraiche

• With caviar, of course!
• As a sour cream alternative
• As an enhancement to simple cream sauces

• To thinken lemon curd
• As a scone topping
