The Wine

Sourced from a single vineyard (Monopole) - the Clos de la Carbonade - located in the south of Bouzeron in the Côte Chalonnaise.

Tasting notes: Aromas of lemon, apple and just-ripe nectarine supported by enticing layers of white flowers and minerals. The wine is a medium-bodied white Burgundy showing a bit of a creamy texture. It is very well-balanced with a crisp acidity that begs for pairing with cheeses, fish dishes and poultry cooked any way you like it.
