Fiasconaro Classic Torrone w/Almonds and Bronte Pistachios

Itailian Torrorne comes in two styles - hard and crunchy or soft and chewy.  This one is the latter, also called torrone morbido or torrone tenero. It has a small and simple list of ingredients - honey, sugar, and egg whites. It arrives in large bricks and we slice it into pieces roughly one inch thick.
