“I Palchi” is a geographical term used to indicate a series of wide terraces, lined with pergolas of old Garganega vines, located on Monte Foscarino (Soave Classico area). Since 2019, Inama has crafted this special wine with the intention of putting it up against White Burgundies selling for 2 or 3 times the price.
To achieve this, they knew they had to overcome Garganega's greatest weakness - it's shallow mid-palate. But they succeeded - leveraging the vineyard's optimum exposition, 50-year-old vines and meticulous vineyard management - they raised a special selection of outstanding grapes worthy of a separate bottling and this new label. This wine is able to compete with the best white wines on the world stage.

The Winery
A very forward-thinking family winery, Inama is not afraid to challenge long-standing traditions in their quest for continued improvements. But they don't do so just to be prickly, they have a clear vision for what their region can achieve, and have made considerable progress in raising the bar for the wines of the Veneto, and their sub-region in particular.
