Pistacchini

From the Piedmont region of Italy.....this  young cow's milk cheese is wrapped judiciously with pistachios from the area.  The result is a luscious cheese with a tangy, slightly  sweet cream flavor.

A great addition to a charcuterie board on a warm day!
