Quicos

Quicos (KEE kohs) are an upscale, Spanish version of the domestic snack called "Corn Nuts". This version takes advantage of an unusually large strain of corn grown in Peru, and the larger size makes them lighter and crunchier!

Serve Quicos as part of an authentic Tapas platter or as a compliment to one of our charcuterie platters.

As for wine pairing? The saltiness begs for anything cold and bubbly but a chilled Lambrusco will prove the perfect pairing here. Add some charcuterie and you've arrived at pure perfection!

How To Purchase

These are sold in tubs whose weight varies slightly. The average weight of each tub is 6 ozs.  

Ingredients: Corn kernels, sunflower oil, salt. Produced in a facility that processes peanuts and other nuts.
