Terah Wine Co. 2023 Falanghina - Orange wine

This is a wine that goes by several monikers - some may call it a 'Skin Contact White', while others will refer to it as an Orange Wine, or an Amber Wine.  We don't get hung up on monikers. If a wine is interesting and delicious and offers good value and we have a slot for it on our shelves, we're in! 

Tasting Notes - Crisp notes of freshly picked green apples and vibrant citrus peel intertwine with more intricate layers of brioche, dried apricots, and honeyed figs. The chewy tannin contrasts with the wine's minerality and refreshing zippiness. 10 days skin contact in stainless steel adds a nice richness and textural element to this classic Italian grape varietal.
