We are happy to have this iconic Swiss cheese available for you!

This particular variety is a raw cow's milk cheese aged for nine months during which the rind is washed in a specially made  herbal brine that lends a nice wintery color to the rind.

The flavor profile is nutty with a touch of earthiness. The finish is creamy and smooth with the subtle salt crystals that form naturally as the cheese ages.

Pairs well with Pinot Noir, Riesling and an Alsace Pinot Blanc.
