The Wine

A blend of the Sicilian white grapes, organic Catarratto and Zibibbo (90% / 10%).  After 15 days of skin contact, the wine went through a native yeast fermentation then bottled without filtration.

Tasting Notes: The wine offers floral aromas of orange blossoms, orange zest and ripe stone fruits that follow into a similar palate experience that finishes with touch of herbiness.

The Winery

Though this wine is made from Sicilian grapes, the winery 'Abbondanza-Sete' is located in Abruzzo. They brought their winemaking talent and flair for whimsical labels to this bottling. Abondanza is one of several organic/biodynamic producers under the Sete family of small brands.
