Bocconcino di Langa

'Bocconcino' translates as “little mouthful” a smaller version of the traditional Italian cheese, Tomino. This small disk of goat’s cheese has smooth bloomy rind. When young, the cheese has a has a slightly soft texture, but as it ages becomes firmer and develops a sweet goaty falvor - it's delicious across all stages of its maturity.
