This Brut Rosé is aged on its lees for added complexity and is certified organic and biodynamic, reflecting the estate’s commitment to natural winemaking.
The Winery
Biodynamic farming marks this property the Penedes region where the vast majority of top-quality Cava is grown and produced.
The estate is now under the watchful leadership of Olivia Junyent - the third generation of female leadership. This wine is named for Anne Marie, the founding Matriarch, who began producing wine from her family's 600-acres of vineyards nearly a century ago. Olivia's mother converted the family vineyards to organic farming and instilled the natural winemaking approach in her daughter. Today, Olivia is managing the transition of the family's massive holdings from organic to biodynamic.
This Rose of Pinot Noir is her Olivia's homage to her Grandmother. If you see it on our shelves, buy it! We never get enough to last year-round.
