The Chocolate

One of the social media darlings of 2024 (that wasn't a cute pet or kid or stunt or singer/dancer/performer) was a chocolate bar! 

'Whaaaaat the...?' you may well ask. Because this wasn't your ordinary chocolate bar. Oh noooo, this one was created by a chocolatier in Dubai (United Arab Emerits) who filled her bar with a pistachio cream and kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) that made her Dubai Bar a little crunchy and oozy at the same time.

This is Chocopologie's East Coast take on that sensation. 40% Milk Chocolate filled with pistachio cream and crispy kataifi (shredded phyllo dough!) and a hint of tahini. 

Betcha can't eat just one!

Fritz was a young and adventurous chef and immigrant from Denmark who constantly raising the bar (pun intended) for gourmet confections. He is and always has been the cornerstone of The House of Knipschildt.
