Colle del Tartufo is an established company from Umbria. In the mid ‘70s a young Giuseppe and his trusted four-legged friend, were riding a moped through the green hills of Umbria looking for the perfect spot to find truffles.
One day they saw a majestic oak tree towering on top of a hill and decided to stop to look around. They found beautiful and fragrant truffles immediately and for all the days to follow, thanks to the florid hill.
For years they have been focusing on the production and trade of truffle products.
