Delin Cremeux de Bourgogne w/Truffle

Since 1969, Fromagerie Delin has been an iconic producer of cheeses in Burgundy's Gilly-les-Citeaux, where the family-run operation is a staunch supporter of local dairy farmers. 

One of their outstanding cheeses is this Cremeux de Bourgogne, a triple crème cheese.  The butterfat content is 75% with creme fraiche added to the cows milk.  Add a filling line of truffle to the equation and you have yourself a truly creamy and  decadent delight.

A perfect companion for any holiday cheese board, it also pairs superbly with seasonal fruit and is a classic counterpoint to desserts.  Looking for something to drink with it?  Look no further than a Prosecco or Champagne for the ultimate experience or call on a nicely aged Pinot or Sangiovese to complement the truffle notes in the cheese.
