The Wine

This elegant rosé opens with a pale pink hue and a delicate nose of guava, cherry, and wildflowers, accented by citrus zest. On the palate, it’s bone-dry and composed, with bright raspberry and strawberry notes layered over chalk and wet stone. The acidity is vibrant, the texture lean and mineral, and the finish austere and refreshing.

Pairings: Ricotta salata,  chèvre or contrast it with a fatty cheese like the tripe cream Brillat Savarain, a washed rind cheese like a Taleggio or Reblochon.
