The Wine
This is a 100% Pinot Noir champagne that takes its name (Eye of the Partridge) from its gentle amber color. It’s a traditional “Blanc de Noirs”, crafted in the tradition of multiple generations of Vesselle's. On the nose it is powerful and fruity. On the palate it shows great finesse, with full-bodied and lingering aromas.
