Lightly rolled in native Australian lemon myrtle , this cheese offers a vibrant, herbaceous flavor that is both refreshing and bold. Known for being even more lemony than lemons themselves, lemon myrtle brings a zesty and clean finish, balancing the richness of the goat’s milk with a delightful herbal kick.
