Le Grand Caillou 2024 Sauvignon Blanc, Cottat

The Eastern Loire Valley is the source of some of the world's most iconic Sauvignon Blanc (Sancerre, Fume Blanc, et al) and this one is from a small area near Sancerre. Look for a wine expressing classic crisp and herbaceous notes with mouth-watering acidity and bright tart white berries with a finish that lingers with minerality.
