Another wine from one of our best-selling producers of value wines comes this blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Carignan.

The pale salmon-pink color is achieved using a process called direct press (minimal skin contact and immediate pressing after harvest). This process is also called "Vin Gris" in Provence, and it produces a barely colored Rose known for its pale but vivid pink color.

The flavor profile tends to be fresh, crisp, and subtle, favoring notes of citrus, red berries, and florals.

Very food friendly, it is a great companion to just about anything you want to throw at it.
