Darker than its "Cremino Classic" sibling, this is also a three-layer sandwich of chocolates, but here the top and bottom layer are dark chocolate with Nocciole (hazelnuts), the middle layer is a milk chocolate with toasted hazelnuts. But not just ANY hazelnuts... 

The ingredients list includes the famed Tonda Gentile Trilobata - the celebrated hazelnut variety native to Piemonte and considered to be the finest hazelnut in the world. It is the cultivar behind the protected designation Nocciola Piemonte IGP, grown primarily in the Alta Langa area of Cuneo. This is the form of Hazelnut required for use in gianduja and gianduiotti.
