Sartori is a fourth generation run creamery out of Plymouth, Wisconsin. Their Master Cheesemakers spend over a decade making cheese in Wisconsin honing their skills in the meticulous Wisconsin Master Cheese Program to earn their title at Sartori.
Their SarVecchio cheese is America's most highly decorated domestic Parmesan and the cheese itself is fruity with hints of lightly roasted caramel, aged for 20 months to crumbly perfection.
