Sipwell is a new, woman-owned company that makes wine from organic grapes grown across California. They craft refreshing wines with no added sugar and just 12.5% ABV (as are most sparkling wines, BTW). Secondary fermentation occurs in the can - which is totally unique to Sipwell, as far as we know.
Speaking of the can - this recyclable can is the perfect size for those looking for a single serving. It's 250ml size is equal to 1/3 of a regular bottle.
And the wine? Few things are better than the first sip of a great pinot noir. With lifted notes of cherry cordial, raspberry jam, and pomegranate juice, followed by an earthy, slightly peppery finish, it pairs well with, well, just about anything.
