St Agrestis Phony Mezcal Negroni

They’ve always been captivated by Mezcal at St. Agrestis. The esoteric spirit is heavily influenced by its specific regionality and nature. Phony Mezcal Negroni pairs an obsession with the Negroni with an adoration for mezcal.

Starting with the base of their beloved classic, the Phony Negroni®, they then layered in mezcal qualities by smoking Nopales cactus, which provide nuanced notes of smoke, vegetal complexity and earthiness to complement its bitter foundation. These layered botanicals paired with a touch of carbonation provide a silky mouthfeel that mimics the bite of alcohol.

Made ready-to-serve, all you need is a bottle opener to enjoy the same award-winning beverage served at countless Michelin-starred restaurants, renowned bars and venues across the United States.  

We enjoy the Mezcal Negroni in a rocks glass over ice with an orange twist. But we've also been known to pop the top and drink it straight from the bottle in more casual settings.
