The perfect gift for any lover of German Riesling, these three bottles come from one of the world's most famous vineyards - Bernkasteler Doctor - a name it was given in the 1300s when the wine was served to an Archbishop who fell gravely ill while visiting Bernkastel-Kues, who then quickly recovered shortly after drinking this now-famous wine. The miraculous recovery earned this vineyard the name "The Doctor Vineyard" - a local nickname that has become official over the past 700 years or so.

This tiny plot of land (just 8 acres planted only with Riesling) is one of the most famous in the world, producing some of the world's most treasured Rieslings.
