On the one hand we have the Gruet family of Champagne and New Mexico (yes, you read that right) who sold their domestic production along with the rights to use the family name. On the other hand, are the Lindquists of Cental Coast fame.

Together, they leverage several lifetimes of sparkling wine experience and grower relations to produce this wine, crafted in the traditional style. Secondary fermentation in bottle, aged for 18-24 months.
