Velenosi Passerina Brut

A light and refreshing version of an Italian Spumante, kept affordable through the Charmat process where the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in a tank instead of a bottle. One sacrifices complexity for efficiency, but sometimes, simple is all we want and need!

Use this with the new MommenPop Amaro to make a refreshing spritz. Just a slice of orange and some salty snacks (we recommend the Torres chips or any of our gourmet nuts!) and you have yourself a proper Italian Aperitivo.
