The Winery
Zudugarai is a small, family‑run Basque estate perched on steep, ocean‑facing slopes where vineyard work is still largely done by hand. The family has been farming here for generations, long before Txakolina became internationally known.
Their focus is traditional: low alcohol, high acidity, spontaneous fermentations from native yeasts, and a profile shaped by maritime winds. They’ve become quiet the standard‑bearers for classic, unvarnished Txakoli.
