The Wine

Sourced from high‑quality vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, where warm days and cool nights combine to produce ripe grapes without losing acidity.

Grapes are hand‑sorted and moved to the fermenters via gravity flow. Aging occurs in used French oak and concrete - a winemaking choice that allows the fruit to take the lead instead of filling your glass with overtones of new wood. Bottled without fining or filtration.

The wine shows a garnet‑violet color and aromas of dried berries and roasted nuts. The palate is medium‑bodied, dry‑yet‑fruity, with supple texture and flavors of chocolate citrus peel, earth, and subtle spice. Tannins are fine and chewy, giving the wine versatility at the table. A well‑balanced, flavorful Malbec that emphasizes clarity, lift, and food‑friendliness.

Pairings: Charcuterie and aged cheeses – Peppercorn steak or grilled beef – Pork rillettes, smoked duck, or hearty braises. Cheese-wise, reach for aged Manchego, Alpine cheeses, or aged Gouda/Beemster.
