Winebow
The Wine
A rich Argentine rosé built primarily from Malbec with supporting red varieties that add lift and aromatic brightness.
The palate is crisp and dry, medium‑weight, with clean red‑fruit flavors and a subtle mineral edge that reflects Mendoza’s high‑altitude vineyards. It finishes bright and refreshing, shaped for versatility and everyday drinking.
Pairings: Salads, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, lighter pasta dishes, and a wide range of appetizers. It also pairs comfortably with seafood, especially shrimp, salmon, and ceviche, and works well as an aperitif.
The Winery
Catena Zapata is Argentina’s most influential family estate, known for pioneering high‑altitude viticulture and elevating Malbec to global prominence.
Their Rosé de la Provincia comes from selected Mendoza vineyards where cool nights contrast with daytime sunlight to preserve acidity while developing expressive fruit. The winemaking emphasizes delicacy and freshness, resulting in a rosé that offers a small taste of the Andes!
