Fritz Knipschildt started out on his journey to present the world with the most exquisite chocolates in his small apartment kitchen back in 1999 when he lived in Connecticut. He was a young and adventurous chef and immigrant from Denmark whose passion and dedication to constantly raising the bar (pun intended) is and always has been a cornerstone of The House of Knipschildt.

Knipschildt’s early passion and experience as a chef led him to introduce savory elements to the world of fine chocolates and confections. His resulting products have been highly awarded nationally and internationally. You might recognize Fritz from his appearnces on TV shows like The Food Network and CNBC or from publications like the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Oprah Magazine.
