The Wine
A classic, coral-colored rosé offering aromas of red berry, citrus, and an intriguing note of the herbaceous 'garrigue' that is a give-away for wines from the South of France. Dry, refreshing, and (perhaps just a little) too easy to drink, finishing with a hint of saline minerality that helps make this food-friendly wine even friendlier.

Pairings: Tapenade, grilled shrimp, chèvre - about anything on your table, TBH!
The Winery
The Laboucarié family has tended their Corbières vineyards since 1682! In that time, Fontsainte has become one of the region’s oldest family‑run estates. Their Gris de Gris rosé comes from old vines planted on gravelly terraces near Boutenac. The Domaine’s long history, Mediterranean climate, and deep familiarity with the land have enable the passing down of many centuries of agricultural and winemaking knowledge. Even AI is jealous of this warehouse of knowledge!
