Fabrique Delices Duck Confit

Amazingly delicious and easy to prepare, this duck confit (cone fee) is fully cooked and preserved in its own fat. Ready to serve as-is, often sliced and served as a salad topping, the duck is perhaps at its highest expression when seared and roasted for a few minutes and served with lentils. And it's a great way to elevate a humble cassoulet to gourmet heights!
