The Wine

This is a crisp, floral white wine from northern Italy’s Alpine region (Trentino/Alto Adige), crafted by the Togn family at the Gaierhof estate. It’s a classic expression of Trentino’s cool-climate elegance and purity. A light and refreshing wine, weighing in at just 13% ABV. Look for notes of apple, pear and honeysuckle, and a palate echoing these themes, but adding a bit of tangerine and wet stone elements that make it far more interesting.
