Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Blanc, Vin de Pays de l'Herault

From one of our best-selling producers in our value section come this refreshing blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Vine age spans 25-50 years in organic vineyards. 

Fresh and floral nose with citrus, melon and some spice. Lively acidity and good minerality follow through on the finish to keep you coming back for more. Refreshingly unoaked, drink this with any seafood, especially oysters (like the ones grown near where its made), cheese and lighter fare. Shockingly low in alcohol (only 12%!!)

Location - Southern France, on the northern Languedoc.
