The Wine
Light, crisp, and gently spritzy, showing bright citrus, green apple, and subtle tropical notes with a clean, refreshing finish.
The palate is vibrant and infinitely refreshing (largely due to its low 11.5% alcohol), with the classic Vinho Verde lift that makes it exceptionally easy to drink. It’s a fresh, modern style that emphasizes purity, minerality, and summertime charm.
Pairings: Shrimp, ceviche, salads, light fish dishes, fresh cheeses, and anything citrus‑driven. Its brightness and slight effervescence make it ideal as an aperitif.
The Winery
Natural Mystic is a contemporary Vinho Verde project focused on clean, expressive, sustainably farmed wines from northern Portugal. The Branco highlights the region’s hallmark freshness through cool fermentations, stainless‑steel aging, and minimal intervention, resulting in a wine that’s lively, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable.
