The Wine
Portuguese winemaking is known for its "Field Blends", and this is the perfect example. Made from about 20 different varietals, roughly half of which are red, half white. The vineyard is in the process of being 'Demeter Certified Biodynamic'.
Light in color, with an immediately appealing freshness, elegant tannins and aromatic complexity. Pair with grilled fish, salads and pasta! Enjoy now through 2026.
In place of SO2, the wines of Mouraz use dried Chestnut Flower or herbal chestnut flower tea as a flavorless, natural alternative to SO2!
