Winebow
The Wine
A crisp, pale rosé with red currant, raspberry, and a clean herbal edge. Light, refreshing, and bone‑dry.
Pratsch farms certified organic vineyards on loess, gravel, and limestone soils that naturally enhance brightness and aromatics. The grapes are harvested early to preserve acidity, then pressed gently and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. The 2023 vintage (current release) was especially favorable for rosé, with long, even ripening and excellent fruit purity.
Pairings: Salads, grilled chicken, picnic fare; cheeses like chèvre, young cheddar, or Havarti.
The Winery
A third‑generation family estate, Pratsch farms organically and focuses on clean, stainless‑steel‑fermented wines that reflect Lower Austria’s cool climate. Winemaker Stefan Pratsch emphasizes purity, sustainability, and minimal intervention.
