Raclette

Designed to be melted, raclette cheese is typically used to make the eponymous dish - 'raclette'. This one is made in France with unpasteurized milk - an authentic embodiment of this classic cheese. 

Livradois has been an independent family cheese producer for 3 generations. Their cheese is crafted using the milk from local a local cow herd that grazes in the middle of the regional natural park of Livradois.

The paste is soft and delicious as a snack or melted in the traditional dish, either way you'll enjoy its fruity, slightly nutty taste. Livradois is among the last to producer an authentic, unpasteurized Raclette. Perfect for your favorite grilled cheese recipes!
