The Wine
This pale, savory rosé of Carignane begins with immediately appealing aromas of strawberry, watermelon rind, and the subtle salinity commonly found in wines from coastal vineyards.
The wine is dry, slightly mouth-watering, and made curiously complex by Carignan’s herbal nuance.
A staff favorite!
Pairings: Grilled vegetables, tuna niçoise, fresh cheeses.
The Winery
Founded by Noah and Kelly Dorrance, Reeve is a small, exploratory project focused on bright, transparent wines from Sonoma and Mendocino. Their style leans toward minimal intervention, native fermentations, and vineyard‑first winemaking.
The “Remy Saves the Sea” bottling is named for their daughter, Remy - the label is her artwork from when she started the brand at the age of 8! Remy loved surfing with her dad and grew concerned over the health of the oceans. She and Noah launched this brand together as a way to raise funds for coastal conservation efforts.
