Ribo N/A Alsace Sparkling Wine

From Alsatian producer Cave de Ribeauville comes this de-alcoholized blend of Sylvaner/Muscat d'Alsace (50/50). For a non-alcoholic wine, many of which are yet to prove themselves, we found this to offer rich, inviting aromas of nectarine and dough that introduced a delicate palate of cream over stone fruits and a hint of citrus peel. 

Use wherever an aromatic white wine is called for - grilled fish, quiche, summer salads, oysters, chicken or even shellfish.
