Made from 100% Raisaine, a grape variety that originates in Cevennes (the Ardeche - central part of Southern France).
Salel & Renaud appear to be the only ones making wine from this grape! No surprise, as they are dedicated to preserving old native varieties. "Testaire" translates as "Stubborn", which Salel & Renaud must be in order to bring this difficult grape back to life.
The result is a thirst-quenching white wine with fresh notes and an invigorating aromatic palate.
