This is a pure, unfiltered block of edible honeycomb harvested directly from the hive and cut by hand.
The comb is filled with golden, slow‑moving honey that retains all of its natural enzymes, pollen, and floral complexity. The wax cells are delicate and chewy, offering a uniquely tactile eating experience that highlights honey in its most traditional form.
Uses: This comb honey is prized for cheese boards, fruit pairings, and premium culinary presentations where visual appeal and raw authenticity matter. Cheese pairings vary widely, but the most popular are aged cheeses, fresh chèvre, blue cheeses, or triple‑creams as well as the traditional charcuterie accompaniments - apples, pears, figs, or toasted nuts.
