A blend of Tempranillo and Syrah, this is a dealcoholized sparkling Rose from the Gil family - one of Spain's top producers. It is a pale pink beverage with a fine and persistent bead of bubbles. The aromas suggest currants and just-ripe strawberries, has a moderately refreshing mouthfeel and a finish of red fruit and fizz.
The alcohol was removed using a new process designed specifically for the Gil family.
