Copa Fina
The Wine
A blend of "Garnacha & Others", this is a light bodied, refreshing Rose that weighs in at a featherweight 11% ABV. This is an estate wine, meaning the grapes are gown on the winery's vineyards in the Ayles subregion of the Aragon, Spain. The high diurnal temperature swings between day and night, and the dry, cooling "Cierzo" winds from the North make for unique growing conditions that translate into the bottle.
And that unique translation yields a delicate but complex nose of berries, stone fruits, citrus zest and subtle floral notes. The palate offers a crisp and elegant experience that echoes the aromas and adds a mineral finish that makes this wine a versatile and welcome guest at the cocktail hour, the aperitivo hour, or the dinner hour.
Pairings: Salmon, roast chicken, grilled veggies, salads, pastas with simple/fresh ingredients (not sauced) seafood dishes. Cheese-wise, reach for any of our fresh cheeses topped with honey, fruit or quince.
