Whatever you’re celebrating, from a holiday party to a toast or a plain Tuesday, this is our shelf of best-selling bubbles, plus a few staff favorites.

For the big moments, there’s Champagne from both well-known houses and grower producers, including Billecart-Salmon’s famous rosé. For great value, we pour French Crémant from Alsace and Limoux, Vouvray brut made from Chenin Blanc, Spanish Cava, Prosecco from Treviso and Portuguese sparkling wine. For something fun, try a fizzy red Lambrusco, a rosé pét-nat, a zero-dosage brut or a can of bubbly rosé for the park.
